"When I choose Rob Bassett insurance 11 years ago the plan was just to provide apartment rental insurance during my relocation opportunity in Longview; however, this has turned into a long term relationship. The staff at this office have always been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they offer and willing to assist with any request. I have been able to pick up the phone and make any changes, report incidents, request ID cards without a hassle making this aspect of my life less stressful . They offer top notch customer service with a smile that keeps me coming back."

"In 20 years of driving this was the worst experience I've had with auto insurance. Within ONE month of switching to State Farm I started having issues with policies being cancelled out of the blue, and disappearing from my online account and within the app. It was a headache from the start. I've never had this experience with any of the competitors which is why I'm going right back to where I was. Don't bother with State Farm -- these branches apparently do not communicate well with the home office."
